Description:

As digital technologies continue to grow in prevalence and influence, managing digital innovations becomes increasingly important yet more complex. Organizations must navigate challenges such as identifying relevant digital technologies, adapting the way of working, and managing constant, dynamic change. Strategic management of digital innovation is essential for building the capabilities needed to address these challenges effectively. To succeed, future business leaders must develop a strong understanding of digital innovations and their strategic applications within organizations.

Methods of Assessment:

A module-related examination in the form of a written exam (60-90 minutes) and, if applicable, group workshops followed by a presentation and discussion (20-25 minutes). Whether workshops are required will be announced at the beginning of the course.
