Teaching Statement: The aim of the chair is to provide students with excellent teaching in theoretical foundations, methodological rigor, and application-oriented questions. To this end, we offer lectures at Bachelor, Master, and PhD level and emphasize interactive discussions, current research results, real-life case studies, and problem-solving skills.

Implications: We are convinced that the transfer of state-of-the-art knowledge and inspiring teaching as well as a constant dialogue with the public must go on hand in hand in order to reach the utmost impact of our work in organizations and society.
